Manipal Hospital — canteen food

I am admitted to the kmc hospital on 1st of august to undergo colonoscopy (Sm3 ward) there the hospital canteen is serving foods to patients. They are using plastic to serve hot food. I was surprised to see how people or authorities are not aware of this.

These things can affect patients as well as kmc hospital brand. Please take a necessary actions.
