Manoj Chauhan — complaining regarding fraud person cheating on phone

A unknown person called me as he is my friend and request for money rs 2000.00 because he was in critical situation. He told that he lost his debit card and other things.
He told me to return my money after next days.

I thought he is my friend. I transfer money by paytm to mobile account
[protected]. His phone is ringing but not receive. And not return my money.
