I am following cutomer after sales HELP since last 18th March, the Panel is under the extended warranty, which expires on Nov, 2015.
I did not get the replacement as yet, They just keep on extending the date of probable response, which normally falls on Saturday, they shall fire another email on Late Saturday evening extending the response date again.
I am fed up following these people and considering to file a Customer complain against Panasonic demanding free of cost replacement of TV with Consumer Forum. Here is the mail communication i had so far with Panasonic Customer care.
Request to pl. Help resolve the issue urgently, If possible.

The service Personal has indicated the replacement of panel and demanded a warranty card.
Our warranty card does not show an extended warranty of the product wear as we had purchased this product under a warranty of 3 Yrs.+2 Yrs. On panel is applicable to our product (Plasma TV).
The Promotion Boucher from Panasonic on that year(2012) is attached herewith for your ready reference.
Pl. arrange to replace the panel Most Urgently.
