The Whole Story.

1. Initially in the Month of Nov there was no balance into my account so EMI got bounce so your person called me, and I gave Rs.3060 (Including Late Fee of Rs.500 Extra). and the cheque got clear, so for the Month of Nov-16 the issue supposed to be closed, but somehow from your end again on 18th or not sure exact date, your Bussan finance again represented the cheque that time my another Rs.2559 debited and initial balance got into Negative. (For exact details please refer the Bank Statement). So I called your people and inform the same, so they said will check it out. But nothing happened.

2. In the month of Dec-16 again EMI got bounce, however I had informed to your people. So they told me that they will adjust the EMI for Dec. so I was agreed. But why you guys debited EMI again in the Month of Dec-16. so Me & My Wife went to your Office, Plot No 168 Survey No 15/1 201/ A 2nd Floor City Point Building, B S Dhole Patil Road, Pune - 411001, Opposite Axis Bank, Madhuban Hotel, we met to Mrs. Karuna, for 1 Hour, we explained everything, I told her that for the Month of Nov we paid with fine, by another cheque, after that Nov-Dec-16 got Negative so I informed to get it closed, so she took my loan account number and said sir, dot do anything, I will get it resolved and I will call you, since then I never heard anything from her.

3. So after that Mr. Shaikh called me and said that I did not paid EMI for the month of Dec-16, so told whole story again to him, so what he said i need to share Bank Statement on What’s App, so I told OK, but I did not sent him, Because he never invited me on What’s App, How can i sent to unknown person on What’s App, so I think this is unprofessional, so i did not send what’s app my bank statement, so I told him to provide me email id, he never sent in the month of Dec-16

Now in the Month of January again EMI got bounced because I told them to Adjust Nov, Dec EMI for Jan-17, because I initially paid Extra cheque for Nov, and in Nov, Dec You debited already, check my bank statement. Mr. Shaikh called me once in January and said about the EMI, so I told him same, but he said please what’s app me. So I said needed Email ID, but never gave me till yesterday.

Now Yesterday on dated January 29, 2017 (Sunday) Mr. Shaikh came to my house without informing me, and he met to my wife, and shouted to my wife that we did not paid EMI for Bike since last 2 Months, so my wife informed him, I am (Mr. Manoj) not available, and also promised to Mr. Shaikh that will be visiting tomorrow to your Bund Garden Office, But he was continuously shouting on my wife that EMI not paid since last 2 months. and my wife told will be coming tomorrow to office, but he never listen to anything, and Mr. Shaikh was completely anger on my wife, I don’t understand EMI not paid by Me, Why he did not shouted to me, But this is Completely harassment from Bussan Finance Employee Mr. Shaikh. the Way he talked to my wife, this is just completely unprofessional. Now Mr. Shaikh also told my wife that since last 15 days he is calling and i never responding, so please check my call history and you will get to you that he called me one time in the month of Dec-17, In the Month of Jan he called me twice 6, 7, and not even yesterday.

Negative Points of Bussan Finance:

Your First employee Mrs. Karuna never called to for the follow up. Even we visited to your office for 1 hour.

Your Second Employee Mr. Shaikh He is blaming that i did not responded since more than 15 days, How Can I respond him when he can’t send me Text to my number about Statement, why he was asking Bank Statement on What’s App is it professional to send Personal confidential Bank Statement on What’s App? I don’t think so, and if he called me many times since 15 days, this is completely wrong, because 3 times he called since Dec to Jan, and Yesterday Mr. Shaikh misbehaved with my wife in my absence and my wife was actually cried a lot because the way he talked. I need the Justification & Clarification for your all mistakes. Because at the end of the day, I am suffering because of your fault.

Positive Points from my side:

In the Nov-17 cheque got bounced so I gave another cheque including fine (3060Rs. not sure the exact amount)

I visited to your office for more explanation in dec-17 we told them to remove my negative balance from my account and will pay cash.

I was ready to share my bank statement but never got any email id or any professional reply.

Whenever your employee called, i have answered 90% calls.

3. Account balance is -6071.03 (Negative Balance)

If something wrong from Bank, you could have told me, but no one guided.

For more verification I can again visit to your office.

Now in this entire scenario if you found I am wrong, I am guilty, you may take action against me.

This is something serious, I need revert as soon as possible.
