Hi, I visited Mantri Mall today and the In time and Out time had the difference of 4:00:45 secs. Still they take this as 4 to 5 hrs slab which is Rs. 20 extra compared to 3-4 hrs slab. Even I had to wait in queue for 5-6 mins and not sure how that can be avoided. I disagreed to pay and the supervisor was called and he mentioned that even 1 sec difference we have to pay as per slab rates only. This is really pathetic and they are looting money like anything. No one is really bothered to even speak to the customer in right way.
