Maple Aapla Ghar — fraud builder company

Booked a flat in maple paud project in 2015.

Paid 50k at the time of booking.

Later sales person informed that the project is cancelled. If you want you can change the project or apply for cancellation.

I applied for cancellation in 2015 ending.

They said within 3 months you will get refund.

I enquired after 3 months. They said, 'one more month'.

I enquired after one month, they said, 'nexr month'.

I kept enquiring every month for 1-2 years.

Now, it has been 4 years but i didn't even receive a single rupee as refund.

Very fraudulent people (Mentioning one name sandhya)

Please dont buy any flats in maple.
