Hi, I have been looking for a job since I am not getting paid because of the financial constraint my current company is in. I have applied on quite a few platforms to increase my chance of the same. I posted all my information on shine.com as well from where I received a message that some recruiter with the name of Riya has found my profile interesting. I called on the number ([protected]) and I was asked to come at office no.- 3, Top floor, plot No. 3, M S Pvt Ltd, near RBL Bank, Nirman Vihar East Delhi. I went there on 22nd Sept, met a lady with the name of Sweety who took my interview. I was then asked to fill a form and deposit INR 3, 500 as the registration fee on the basis of which she will arrange a call with a free lancer recruiter who would help me get a job in Delhi/NCR in Nestle or HCL or Mahindra & Mahindra. I was also told that once the HR approves my candidature on the call, I will have to deposit INR 8, 500 with the firm as security which will be reimbursed to me within 6 months of me getting a job. I paid INR 3, 500 via google pay on [protected] with ID [protected]@okicici. After this I got on a call with a lady and had a 20 mins interview/discussion wither after which I was told that I have been selected and need to deposit INR 8, 500 but I didnt have that much money and so I paid INR 4, 000 with the promise of paying the due amount by night. I also signed a paper and I have a photo of that. After this I was told to email them my documents like marksheets and aadhar card photos and I will get a reference letter by 24th Sept after which I will have to go in the company and give a personal interview and get my appointment letter. After this I called on a number - [protected] which was given by Sweety on 24th and the guy (Armaan) who picked up the call told me that I'd get my reference letter by afternoon and then he will call back. Needless to say that I did not get any mail neither he attended my calls after that. I want strict action to be taken against these crooks who are robbing people of money in these dire times. Please help me in getting my money back. I would also want my transportation and time cost as damages.
