I am and HR by professional who lost the job in 2020 due to covid-19 and with the multiple application on Naukri and some other job portals I came across the opening with Margdarshak as WFH HR professional for hiring full-time HR and Concealers for multiple roles. After getting my interview done I was asked to buy the software - Cloud Telephony for the Call process of Rs. 2500/- with the same I was asked to join on 1st January 2021 by some HR Named Navya but for the first 3 days of constant followup I got to know that Navya was no more working with the company and some female Named Megha considered my joining from 6th January 2021 after almost 100 to 120 follows via multiple modes. In the offer it was mentioned that the training will be given for 2 days and 10 days of performance evaluation will be done, but I was just provided with 30 min of training on 6th January 2021 and then she vanished. Every time for support I had to call, non of the person approached to check on my training and if I needed any help. Then after 10 days completion I had sent an email to Megha as she was never available on Cloud Call asking to share my appointment letter I was informed that I am not considered for the same as I have not given any new joiner during the training period as this was informed by Ms. Nisha from Megha's team which was never informed on mail or during the interview process and nor that is mentioned on the appointment letter. Now when I am asking for the response on appointment or to pay my money back of cloud telephony Rs.2500/- with Rs.600/- that I earned during my training period they have blocked my official email and website login credentials.
I need your help to get my money back.
