MargProperties — Frauds, poor construction and Delay in handover

Hi yes this project is in jeopardy, Marg did not even complete any of their projects. Nearly 4000 customers are screwed up in different projects of marg. This company is totally cheating. No one is there to save the middle class common man from this kind of cheaters. All my hard earned money is gone. Their staff are very arrogant and threatening the customers.

I too am a victim of this Marg dream project.Based ;on crisil rating was good for Savithanjali Marg, durig 2012 More than two fifty customers have paid more than 35 to 40 lakhs and early buyers as long back as / since 2010 are waiting eagerly. even though no serious work is going on since past 15 to 18 months Marg claims " work in progress " claim.and keeps on REVISING delivery dates. Recently it was 5floors of A block they will deliver in July 15, latest changed to Dec 2015. where as original date of delivery for 2010 buyers was latest June 2013. Most of the buyers are middle aged. On the one hand no delivery and on the other hand regular remittances of EMIs to Home loans After long discussion Marg started sending festival greetings to " valued customers " through emails. Marg replies never to customer emails. It is saying compensation clause is not applicable . Based on vaasthu belie[censored]rgently Cblock slabs were raised and literally no work is going onin B block for the past 15 to 18 months.
In short Marg lost the confidence of Savithanjali buyers. It has not even attempted to gain or the care to willingness to gain the buyers confidence. Since most of the money is already received it is a WIN WIN situation for Marg..Marg got the VALUE from customer . Not in any hurry to serve the customer.
