Complaint against : Marol Motor Training School,

I had given my Original RC-Book, with all signed documents, and Full Transfer fees charged by Marol Motor Training school, to a person by the name of Mr Abdul, since Nov 2020.
Around Feb-2021, I was made to understand that they required further set of documents such as Flat Agreement, which was also provided by me.
When inquired with this agent Mr Abdul, he would always state that the RTO office is not working, due to covid-19
On continious follow up, on[protected], I received an SMS on my mobile stating that the RC book is approved vide Application Num MH210716V6986365.
Since July & August 2021, I have called this agent up, numerous times, and states that the RC book will be Couriered to my residence and may take further 10 days.
Every now and then this agents only give further time.
Its is not safe, to drive a vehicle without RC Book,
I also required to travel to inter state to my native place, for which my application for travel pass was rejected, for lack of RC Book.
Have also been stopped on two occasion by Mumbai Traffic police, for not carrying my RC Book.
Sir, does it take a years time to transfer the RC Book, by RTO.
I feel the Marol Training Institute, is careless, and acts very irresponsibly.
Kindly take up the matter with this Institute.
