I have purchased marq ac on[protected].
At the time of installation, the service engineer has not installed properly and the gas got leaked, i have raised a complaint & the service person came and told that gas had to be replaced.
Since then there is no response from the marq team, daily i am contacting to the customer support they are replying to wait 2-3 days, but now 20 days has gone still not resolved.
Daily i am contacting to the service engineer his name is nitish, he is keep on saying that i will come tomorrrow, but he is not visiting to repair,
