They blocked my account saying that I misused the coupon.I was getting a student’s discount at that time, so, I took it. I had no knowledge about it . They also say I have shared my login credentials with other people and their account is open in my own phone which I have never done and not possible because they say its opened in my phone only.Moreover, Everyone uses multiple Gmail ids before buying actual marrow and I did the same. And as they say I shared my login credentials and someone else is using my marrow account, how is it possible because for that safety reasons, I specially gave my father’s phone number and otp comes to his phone whenever I want to login.
They are doing this to someone who is honest with them from day 1, which is not acceptable.My parents have spend 50k in buying me marrow and they are doing this. I want them to unblock my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
