I recently subscribed to the marrow obsgynae residency program.. And i was already a user of marrow Ed 6.5..The account asked for kyc verification and asked to upload any of the documents.. I uploaded my aadhar card front and back side and asked me to wait. There was no response so i thought it has been verified.. Now it says my account has been blocked which is totally unjustified because had there been a problem in my verification u should hv notified me earlier before blocking the account.. Or there should have been a call at least from their side.. I m a marrow subscriber since 2020 and i hv already subscriber to plans 4 times and there has never been an issue.. Just 2 days after launching of the residency program I subscribed to 2 years plan. I hv an exam tomorrow and I need to study for that.. My time is getting wasted for no reasons at all..
