Marrow — device blocked

My device has been blocked from accessing marrow app since two days. I cant even open or create another account, even if i do its saying device blocked . I took screenshots everytime it showed device was blocked from accessing . And the person called me bback and said he will get back to me. The next morning i got a mail that the query was resolved i restarted the app and i tried to log in it still showed that device is blocked. And i tried to create another account it still showed device blocked.. For which i replied the authorities saying the it wasnt resolved and they dint reply to any of my messages .i have no choice other than lodge a complaint coz i am losing precious time
