My Marrow account is blocked since 5 days. I recently purchased the Plan C for Rs. 42, 500 on 8th May 2021 and it got blocked on 12th May 2021. I come from a middle class family and paid such a huge amount in one go and I am really scared. Moreover my education is at a halt.
I have mailed the legal compliance team explaining myself but they haven't e-mailed me back yet and aren't responding to any of my emails and the customer care number is unavailable. I request to unblock my account, I am very worried.
