I am marrow neet ss medicine user … my account got suspended 3 days ago without any warning or mail from marrow legal team .
They have given me a long 6-7 person list that I am sharing my account with them and that is plan C of marrow but I told them that I am not marrow plan C user. The people they mentioned I have never shared my account with them and I am not in contact with those people and some of them are not even my batchmates. I am using neet ss medicine plan and have used my account on my husband mobile.I misunderstood that we can use it in 2 devices . I have Never recorded their videos.I have paid 33000 in Feb 2023 and I can’t afford to buy another subscription .
I didn’t knew about the legal terms and condition . When I contacted them they are intentionally delaying the unblocking despite knowing all the things .
Please help me out as I am having my exams in few days and they are not helping me out . I have called their support team team also but no response from them .. My account was logged in my second device which is of my husband, they suspended my account, and not getting any help from support as well as legal team, please look into the matter and try to resolve as soon as possible, I will be Very thankful to you for this act of kindness .
