I purchased plan c of marrow in May 2021 for 12 months. My exam is on the 12 th of March and now they have blocked my account on the basis of sharing of accounts. Yes I do agree that I logged in my account in 2 devices. I want my account back because I have not involved in anything illegal or have done nothing to benefit from my account. I have contact the legal team of marrow via email but they hardly respond. I am only expecting a solution to it but I am only being interrogated. All I want is that I get access to my account as I have paid in 1000's for it. Response from the legal team is minimal/nil.
