I purchased marrow on 10th june 2021 and today its 15th june. After purchasing I was asked to submit my ID proof in the app. Since I was willing to open the app in my laptop I called the person who guided me in buying. He promised for a call back from the technical department within next 30 mins which I didn't receive ever. At evening I got a mail from marrow that my account is blocked.
I didn't even open the app and they have given false allegations that I had suspicious activity in my account. I called that person again and he said he is looking into it.
I mailed 4 to 5 times to the legal team and also answered there questions.
I have mailed marrow several times and called that person and the sales lady for about fifty times. But none of them responded. Just received a mail of ticket number only and no other response.
I am really frustrated and each day I am passing is full of anxiety and tension. My father is even not able to sleep because of the money we have given. We have a small earning in our family.
Marrow stop playing with us.
I want action against this.
