I Dr Unnimaya PS, a marrow plan c user for the past 9-10months and my plan is valid till August 2023. Yesterday they suddenly suspended my account when I was watching the video. I haven't done anything against their privacy policies. I have never shared my account credentials with anyone nor have I shared my account with anyone. I have been using just a single device till now for the marrow app. Despite doing nothing wrong they have blocked my account and my exams are just 10 days away . Its giving undue stress and my valuable time is getting lost in the last days for exam as it's the only platform I'm relying on till now. It's not fair to just block an account without any justification. I have tried contacting their legal team through email which is the only possible way and till now no proper response or solution has been given. Please look into this problem and help.

The team did a verification process through the link send by them through email and enquired the same through phone. A few minutes later my account was activated.
