Marrow — They blocked my account

I am not using my marrow from past one month and they blocked it saying suspicious activity..I have complaint to marrow but I am not getting any assistance from marrow team.Almost 8 months are remaining for my subscription to get over n they are not unblocking.Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible and get this this resolved.
