My Daughter Ms. Sree Lakshmy has registered on 29 September 2021 and paid a fees of Rs.4500 as first installment via Gpay .
First day onwards Mr. Abhinand was giving false information & misguiding me which was tolerating by me .
Before Joining he has promised Classes in the morning ie 7 am which is comfortable for us as me and wife goes for work on daily basis .
Once we transferred the amount on 29 Sept 2021, He has changed all commitment ie training time & others .
First Class in Stimulator done 12 October 2021
Second Class date given on 22 October 2021 schedule at 7am but started late (UN known Reasons).
Today on October 23, 2021 also school was not open by 7 am. When I called up on 7:12 am he was shouting at me & mentioning that these will happen as we run an organization & I have to wait if my daughter wants to study in a reputed organization like Maruthi Driving School or I can take refund .
I would like to know is this is the policy of Maruthi Driving School???
As a parent we are scared to send my daughter anymore to Maruthi Driving School Puthiyakavu, Thrippunithura, Kerala 682301 which is indiscipline and team like this create a bad generation.
Last two days I had seen another female of my daughter’s age waiting outside to open your Shop / Class room.
As mentioned by Mr. Abhinand, Kindly refund the amount by today itself so that My daughters study won’t get stopped .
As a citizen I would appeal Maruthi to shut down this Shop / Classes which is not respecting females & time.
Will be circulating Copy to all Concern Government authorities to keep a track on Maruthi Driving School, Puthiyakavu, Thrippunithura, Kerala 682301 to avoid further mishap and Traps of misguidance
