Myself Jinesh Sheth have given my RITZ ZXI vehicle registration number MH03BJ2684 at Excell autovista Kalina branch.The service advisor Mr Deepak is always ready with those magical words SIR I AM SORRY.
On further complaining to the BSM Mr.Shelar he also has the same thing to say SIR I AM SORRY and will update you ASAP but failed everytime on his false commitments.
I have delivered my vehicle on 18th December 2020 for service and for additional service I was informed that it will take 5 to 6 days additional but now almost 18 days have passed by but they are least bothered to update me about the status of my vehicle and the delivery period.
On every call from me I was informed that it will take few more days and will call you back but no updates from their side.
I feel totally helpless in front of this extra smart staff of Excell autovista Kalina branch and I don't know what to say more as I know how difficult it is to travel in local transport during such COVID times. Hope this is heard by the seniors of the company as in some way or the other their careless behaviour affects the reputation of the company.
