I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Maruti Suzuki Driving School in Trivandrum.
I enrolled in driving classes with your school in late November, and the initial agreement was for 26 classes. However, upon checking the schedule provided by the manager, Mr. Anoop PS, I noticed that only 24 classes were scheduled.
When I approached Mr. Anoop to discuss this discrepancy, I was met with unprofessional behavior and disrespect. He refused to listen to my concerns, made prejudiced assumptions, and engaged in a one-sided conversation. Despite Mr. Anoop initially suggesting that any issues would be addressed by increasing the number of classes, he insulted me and offered a refund of Rs. 500 for the two missing classes.
To my dismay, Mr. Anoop further insulted me by questioning the legitimacy of my concern, stating that I initiated the conversation for a trivial refund. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of Maruti Suzuki Driving School.
I believe that as a trusted brand, Maruti Suzuki should uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism. In light of this, I request either a full refund for the entire set of classes or an action for such unprofessional conduct.
