[protected] contacted me on phone to inform me that as he is unable to come someone else will be coming in his place to collect, fine, one pertinent question to be asked here is whose ultimate responsibility it is to inform me regarding the change of personnel is it VEDA who is mentioned in your renewal intimation letter to me whom I had contacted trustfully at the onset OR the person whosoever he or she may be who was entrusted to visit OR by the final person taking the call now mutually exchanged by themselves. One thing for sure when you employ indifferent call center personnel like the one mentioned in your letter it is my dear and respected MARUTI BRAND honour which is at stake and tarnished sad to quote this.
