Maruti Insurance — claim status

Iam from kerala. My car was accidentd in two months ago i have maruthi insurence and iam claimed maruthi insurence on that day. But not received any further action about that claim. I dont get any information about the claim. The maruthi dealer teling not getting any instruction from insurence company to repair my car. Sir please give the status about the claim.

Really really I had a very bad experience in renewing my policy again with maruthi insurance only because of the maruthi service provider which is nearby my location ie in tanjore. And even after 1 month still I am not yet received my renewed policy for which I had asked for.

I am holding swift dezire zdi car registration no Gj05jm8465. Company dealer named kataria automobile, piplod, Surat gujarat has done fraud with me regarding insurance
