I gave my alto 800 for service with msm service centre guindy, chennai and they tricked me by making me believe that all the oil in the vehicle needs to be replaced. Later when i checked with my parents they had changed it a month ago from another service center. The mechanic claims that the oil was in bad condition that he changed which is not believable. They stole my petrol and my tool kit. The vehicle is in bad condition because of bad service. When i asked about it they were least bothered and said they will call me back. Been more than a day and still the issue is not addressed. One guy from msm said that i lost the money already and no point talking about any. Was this information helpful? |
