My self kapil Bindal, Reginol Service Manger in Maruti Suzuki Inida ltd, I am corporate customer of Air tel from last 4 Years, On dated 15.09.08, At 8:00 PM i found my mobile signal went off, I though there is some problem in Mobile, due to this i cudn't use my cell on dtaed 16.09.08, But on dated 17.09.08 when i used another SIM in mobile, Mobile signal was coming ...When i inserted again AIR tel sim ([protected]) again Singnal was not coming ... My Air Tel no. is [protected] (Sim No[protected], My work is suffering alot due to this problem as SIM registeration failed is coming, Immediate action is required from yours side... They are yet to decide who should pay and I am without my car.
Past 2week gone, but yet no reply/feedback has been received.
on the daily basis i am talking at maruti customer care & even sent a mail, then also no feedback/reply.
pls advise what to do.
