Marvel Homes — my complaint is that my money is refunded from amazon bt not credited in my account

I have ordered portronics por-012 muffs g wireless through amazon on 5th july since i wasn't having enough balance in my account the ordered got cancelled and the amount also got deducted. I have tried reaching amazon and they said they have refunded the amount to indian bank in which i have my account. It is in borivali (E) branch. But this amount is been not credited in my account. Requesting you to do the process and refund my money as soon as possible.
