mastkalandar — Not hygienic food.

Me, my father and My wife decided to have a dinner at mastkalandar HSR layout, which is in front of BDA complex. We order for 3 HP2.Order came with in a reasonable time with a shock waiting for us. My wife while having rice with dal she found cockroach.When we complained about this to manager.Manager went inside kitchen for few minutes and came out with another HP2 meal. Me and wife didn't accept the new meal but asked for the explanation and allow us to see kitchen manager told that we will allow you to see kitchen and he started making 2-3 phone calls and he asked me to talk to Customer relation manager to which i agreed to talk to CRM over phone. CRM started explaining bull about reputation of mastkalandar.I asked her to cut the crap, stop buying time to clean kitchen and allow us to see the kitchen immediately. Finally we were allowed to see untidy kitchen (worst than public bathroom) and they restricted us from taking video of kitchen because of obvious reason. So think 10 times before you go to mastkalandar.
