Dear Sir,
I am using Matchpoint gps system on my car last four years and was good too. But recently nothing is working and failing to do any activity with the application installed and replaced many times. Many times called your customer care number and calls are immediately disconecting after first ring and getting a message of will get back with in 6 hours. Now my inbox is full with same messages like this.

My GPS is not working since last 45 days. I have done about 50 mails. But the solution of the problem is not found.
