My Matchpoint GPS Tracker was not working from last one month and showing as "Waiting for Network to Restore" in Mobile Application. I tried reaching out to Matchpoint GPS Customer Care and Watsapp number provided. In watsapp they will respond like one of member from support team will reach out to me. Not even a person responding from their team as of now. I request Matchpoint Team to resolve the issue. Please provide chennai service centre contact mobile number Was this information helpful? Hello, I am also using matchpoint and was facing device problems since many months. Call Sarita [protected]. Also try Vinod Raul [protected] another executive contact I found on my delivery package. She helped in initiating my replacement. New device received and working properly. Yes their after sales is worst and virtually non-existent. Good luck
