I Mr. Sumit Tembhurne is having my vehicle number MH 49 BB 7034 is using HDFC bank fastag, I was travelling from Mathni toll naka at NH-7 Bhandara- Raipur road, I was having 486₹ balance in my fastag account but Mathni toll is showing my fastag as blacklisted, when I asked to authorities they forced me to pay double charge for entering in fastag lane same thing happen twicely in a day, I had a call on 1033 the authorities they said that my fastag is active so they can't charge you to pay cash, can you pls register a complaint for this issue against Mathni toll for not providing services even after having enough balance in my fastag account.
