The delivery person of mathru gas company (hp gas), guess his name is basavaraj, while delivering the refill cylinder demanded extra money. since i was not at home, my wife had to deal with this. i called the delivery person and asked for receipt for extra money. he says they do not provide any receipt for service charge. i called the agency to check for the receipt. the agency said, there is no service charges extra they would ask and told not to pay any extra money for delivery other than mentioned in the cash memo. by the time i called the agency and called back my wife, the delivery person demanded my wife to pay the extra money saying he has other deliveries to do. my wife did not know what to do, but paid the extra money. i called back the agency and asked them to tell the delivery person to return the money in next half an hour. now, its been more than a day, they have not returned the amount and no response from them.
Please take necessary actions on this and make sure this is intimated to the agency and in turn to their staffs and this does not happen again with me or any customer for that matter.
