My name is Pankaj Dutia from Kandivali, Mumbai. I was approached by one Anjali/Ankita of this organisation promising me of personal attention if I register with their site for my Son age 38 yrs. Though I was not interested as I already had very bad experience with other similar online matrimonial sites. I had already spent and waste lot of money registering with many well known matrimonial sites before. Even then on Ms Anjali Insistence I paid Rs. 3, 500 on October 20th, 2021. After that I get a call from ID department Ms. Mahi Agarwal saying that as my son age is 38 yrs, their system was not accepting the registration. A separate ID will have to be created under platinum plan for which I have to pay Rs. 6, 500/, which will be refunded once the ID is created. So very reluctantly I paid the amount of Rs. 6, 500/ on October 20th, 2021 on a promise that it will be refunded within 5 mins.
However, to my disappointment till date neither the ID has been created nor have I received any refund amount that was promised.. It has been over a week now and they call up saying some technical fault in their system due to which they are unable to refund Rs. 6, 500/. And now I am being told that my son's ID was created and got blocked. So they are asking me to pay another Rs. 3, 500/- to create my son ID.
I tols them they already have Rs. 10, 000/- with them. The ID has not been created. No login or password as given to us so how it can get blocked?
They are not listening to me and keep asking me to pay Rs. 3, 500/. I told them I was not interested in registering anymore and asked them to refund my Rs. 10, 000/ which Ihave paid through Gpay. I have the proof of transaction of the payment and they have acknowledged that. Yet they are not refunding my payment. Was this information helpful? |
