I became a member of MatrimonialsIndia a month back and availed their gold membership for 3 month. While I was browsing through the profiles of other suitable members, I came across a few profiles which were very obviously fake. These profiles had inactive phones numbers and the non-functional email Ids etc. I immediately called the customer support and informed the executive regarding these profiles. The executive said that they would do the background checks and see whether my allegation was right. After a few days I got a mail from them assuring me that proper action has been taken against my MatrimonialsIndia Complaint and the profiles had been blocked. I am glad that they took swift action against my complaint or some gullible person may have become a prey to such fraudsters.
