This is with regards to billing for Matrix No. [protected]

I had taken this number for travel to Europe with Make My Trip from the 03 Jun 2014 to 15 Jun 2014 That entailed travel through Italy, Austria, Switzerland Germany and Belgium.
While on the trip i had used the phone to make a few outgoing calls and received some incoming calls. As has been correctly reflected in the bills the calls were made from Italy, austria, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium.
At the same time there have been a huge lot of data usage reflected in the bill from Czech Republic. I have not made these usages at all. Firstly i had not even activated the username password that needed to be done as was SMSed to me from Matrix. Attached is a screen shot of the SMS received that reads "To use internet please ensure below Internet settings are updated in your phone" which were never updated.Secondly as is obvious, i was never in Czech Republic during the period. The SIM could not have been at two places at the same time.
There has been a serious billing error and a huge bill has been sent to me and automatically deducted from my credit card.
I am deeply disturbed from this total lack of credibility in billing and it has reaffirmed the fear that my colleagues warned me before i took Matrix for this trip that Matrix is famous for its faulty billing.
I am going to take the matter to the highest level possible if it is not solved at the earliest
I will appreciate if you can take the necessary steps for rectification and revert back
