The numerous follow-ups to activate the sim issued to us for China have been in vain; as I was unable to receive / make any phone calls in the said country. I was able to receive calls only twice; moreover there was no data access provided as per agreement / undertaking. This is further to mention that there was almost same scenario with the SIM card provided for Hong Kong. In HK the sim card provided was accessible only for incoming & outgoing calls and data was not be received / accessed. Being hopeless with the unproductive follow-ups with you, I had to purchase local numbers at both locations. I feel like being harassed with your incompetent service. I hope there would be no charges levied on me for your incompetence (no bill should be generated for the stress caused to me by your organization), though the SIMs have been collected by your authorized representative today.
