i bought matrix postpaid card on march 9 march 2015 to 24 march 2015 on the name of SHILPI BABBAR Add- 331/29 a rajgarh colony street no 4 delhi 110031, my account code is 1054336, customer agreement is T[protected], SIR…when i asked for the chart with call details they gave me a call rate charge of 13 THAI BATH per min…bt now they showing in bill is Rs140 per minute, and also they didnt told me about SURCHARGES also, the person who sold me the card didnt mention anything about taxes and all…n now they charging huge taxes from me, sir m a student i cnt afford such a huge bill, pls take action against them, as they making fool of me.& also i took internet pack from them but it wasnt working in thailand, i wasnt able to send even a single massage on whatsapp..THEY CHARGING Rs. 4571 on bill no THA4211937 & Rs 6059 on bill no THA4212974 Account code 1054336 matrix no [protected] & [protected] bill no :THA4211937 & THA4212974 SHILPI BABBAR [protected]

Dear Ms. Babbar,

This is in reference to your complaint, we have checked the issue and found the charges levied in the bill are lesser than the actual tariff offered to you. Also, 12% surcharge and 12.36% service tax are applicable on all tariffs available, and these are mentioned in the tariff sheet attached. As data pack did not work for you and same was reported to us, we are waiving off an amount of INR 1009.25 (data pack charges) from the bill number THA4211937. Hope, it clarifies and addresses your concern raised.
