[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — Selling products with false information

Sold me sim card by saying the incoming charges will be re 5 per minute but actually its costing re 15 per minute.
When tried to complain they said that sim card is not registered on my name . New way to cheat people.
I paid approx 3500 re for nothing. This incident happened at mumbai international airport On 23rd jan 2016.
Around 7 am
Please do take some strict action.
