WE have taken a voice as per plan and data of 2GB (AED150=Rs.2600 approx), cellular connection SIM from Matrix in Jun'2015 for our international travel to Dubai. They have taken our acceptance for voice plan but not data plan. I am using Matrix connection for last 7 years hence thought no problems, they will provide us the voice and data as requested. During my stay I received one email from Matrix claiming that we I have almost completed 2GB hence I immediately stopped using data connection to avoid unescessary charges.
After coming back to India they sent me an invoice of Rs.49, 025.00 for data and voice instead of Rs.3000, and subsequently deducted the same amount from my HDFC credit card as advance authorization was given as per their process.
I have raised it to Matrix even several time and even raised it their CEO and operation head but their was no proper response, they continue to claim that we have taken I have taken 1GB plan and hence these charges.
Finally when I could not get this resolved through Matrix senior management as well. I raised it as dispute to HDFC credit card dispute cell and they investigated the case and deducted Matrix payment of Rs.46000.00 from their dues.
Now Matrix guys are chasing me, threatening me of going to court, giving mental tensions and agony.
I would like to complaint against Matrix and set their process right, don't claim these faulty charges to me and withdraw this bill and claims. Was this information helpful? |
