Tikona is firm where it never delivered accurate service to the customer or client. I would like to complaint regarding net speed. My plan is about 20 mbps where its funny to say i am receiving 4 mbps speed on and average.
Even i have written harassment note to consumer court against tikona but have not get any conclusion yet.
I would like to notice to public that, this is seventh time complaining along with multiple calls/mails/consumer forum box, but have not received any kind of help from here and there.
Kindly do not post any thing like your issue as you might not get any solution.
