I am carrying health insurance in name of my mother with max bupa for last 5 years.
I wanted to switch to new policy from heartbeat to health companion and for that i paid the premium within grace period.
They ask some questions on the same day and after that i did not received any communication from them.
After expiring of the grace period, i called again, then a mail was sent for requirement of medical checkup.
Very unprofessional working. After paying amount, person remains insured and they did not even communicate either by mail or by call.
I want to place a complaint against max bupa as they have not communicated till the grace period ended. And then come and say for the sake o company policy you need to done medical checkups.
In last two years, premium was increased too much without sending any notice on that.
