I was looking for a Roti maker machine for my shop on YouTube and came across this one from Max Industries. The machine is for large scale production of Jowar Roti. I contacted the company and they sent me videos and description of the machine. They claimed that it would produce perfect jowar roti that would be 9" in diameter. I bought the machine for 95, 000 and got it delivered on my address. Later when I tried to start the production. The machine doesn't start. It doesn't work properly. As it's just the dummy version of an actual machine. I did contact the company and they gave advices but nothing worked. I feel like I have been cheated as the machine doesn't work as the company claims. I demanded that they take back the machine and return the amount but they don't even respond to my messages. Earlier they would instantly reply to any of the queries. Was this information helpful? |
