We had been advised and recommended by LG to take support from Max Tech Anna Nagar
During Inspection we were asked to pay 5000 by Max Tech Rep to repair the current issue in my washing Machine and gave commitment to attend for any future issues for the time period of 6 months. With in 2 weeks again we have started facing trouble with the washing machine and we are now trying to reach Max Tech to seek support for which all our calls were unanswered and no call back support as well. LG must check their support system before recommending Such poor Support company/representative
