[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Not refunding my money in my bank account

Hi, I ordered full body panel of Lyf water 7 on 21st April 2017 but the order was canceled as the seller failed to ship the item and the amount was refunded to my e-wallet maxbhi account. I requested to refund the amount to my bank account and I received a mail stating that it will be refunded within 7-10 days, its been almost 30 days but i didn't get any refund. I have attached a screenshots of Invoice receipt, payment made through net banking and cancelation notice.

Sir, maine samsung s3310 ka body panel online shopping maxbhi.com se mangwaya tha is product me defect hai or mai baar baar maxbhi.com me replacement requst de rha hu but kuch rply nhi aa rha h or maine full payment v kr diya tha or cash on delivery charge extra 50 rs diya tha.. so sir plz solve my problem.
