Maxretail Noida — different product received. bluetooth speaker instead of bose headphone

I have placed order for Bose Headphone e and received a Bluetooth speaker. Amount paid Rs.3999.00. The mobile no given is [protected] and they are neither responding on mobile not on mail. [protected]@maxretail.in, website name is maxshoping.in.

Pl take action against this cheating company. This typenof companies are spoiling the image of the well establised brands. Their suppliers name is Shiv Traders Expresd based at Delhi, Kalka who is suppling all fake materials through many companies and spoling ther brand name. This type of cases must betaken very seriously and they shoukd be put into the jail.

I have come to this platform if some action can be taken for my complain.
