I brought hp envy m6 k025dx laptop from seller max technology at ebay.in before 10 days.when laptop delivered to me I came to know this laptop has Refurbished and there is manufacturing defect in this laptop. When I called seller they replied me this is company design but I visited hp service centre in my city they replied this is not company design but its actuly refurnished and defected piece. When call back to seller he told me that he cant refund my money before i sending my laptop to him.my problem is that how can trust on this seller for my money back guaranty?
Please, do something how can i get my money back from this seller/ebay.in
