Maxx Mobile — Gave mobile for service three months back but did not receive yet

I had a problem in touch screen and gave mobile to Maxx trusted service center named 'Chennaii cellular service' in purasaiwalkam high road, Kellys on 2nd December 2014. I'm calling him every week but the only respond i'm getting is "We have sent to service center once we receive we'll call you back". It has been more than three months but the response we get is very annoying. The shop keepers phone number is "[protected]" The bill dealer gave has become old.

Updated by maazm23 Since the mobile model production has been stopped, they asked me to pay Rs. 1750 and gave me another mobile 'Maxx MSD7" which has very low internal memory and more than two applications cannot be installed
