I ordered 'Sony Wireless Behind-Neck in Ear Headphone With Bose Wireless Earbuds' on 6th October 2019; 2:45PM.
I received a Damaged JBL Tempo On-Ear Headphone on 10th Oct 2019.
I was going through social media sites and I discovered an advertisement of the product on Facebook. I thought of buying it and then ordered it . It is a very serious matter that the consumers are cheated like this . Consumer order anything and receive completely different damaged product. I think some strict actions should be taken against the company. The company should be banned from selling products. I hope through this complaint my problem will be solved, the product will be accepted back by the company and company will learn a lesson.

Mene deasel ki ek wach order ki thi jiske mujhse 1650 rs liye gye aur mujhe 100 rs wali 2 watch di gyi plzzzz help me and return my money plz aisi farji compny par jald se jald koi enquiry hona chahiye nahi to ye litne logo ko aise hi befaqoof manaati rahengi aur ye delhi walo ne to chori ka theka le liya he saalo ko mehnat ki kamaana nahi aati

I have ordered for Sony wireless headphones with boss wireless ear bud but I have received the JBL defective headphone.I have not the merchant and by searching the merchant I came to know that so many of the face the same issue. Please take immediate action on the merchant. I have returned the product. But I have paid for rs 1700
