I had ordered for jbl earbuds bluetooth and paid 1499/- and what i recieved is a damaged headphone, i'm trying to contact the company there is no answer, and its ekart who delivered the product, this a cheating game played by the above said company and ekart, now when i try to call ekart they are not responding... Hence request you to take immediate action and ban these companies to avoid further people getting cheated.
